First Look at Shirley Manson as Catherine Weaver

By Sam (Admin) | June 11, 2008 (10:02 am) | More: Sarah Connor Chronicles TV Show News

From everything we’ve heard, including the description that was given, Garbage lead singer Shirley Manson’s character, Catherine Weaver (described as “the CEO of a cutting-edge high-tech company” — creator of Skynet, perhaps?) is sure to have a major impact on the storyline of Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles.

Now thanks to reader ‘Paul’, we have our first look at Catherine Weaver. According to Paul, this is Manson as Weaver, on the set of The Sarah Connor Chronicles. I’m guessing the fish tank, and the fact that we only see Weaver’s reflection, is on purpose.

The Sarah Connor Chronicles Season 2 continues the struggle September 8, 2008.

Wow there’s so much to read and write in here now, I just don’t know where to start. I guess I’ll start with Shirley Mansion as Kat Weaver. Awesome acquisition by FOX to get a big time musician to play a TV series role. I’m a big fan of her music and really interested to see her act. I’m very excited about season 2. I think it will be better this time around, not saying season 1 was bad.

How about Cameron and Morris? Didn’t he invite her to the prom?

Shirley Manson will bring carisma, attitude and strength to her character as she is all of those things.

In my opinion that I why they chose her for that leadership role. If you know of Shirley as much as I do you will realise that.

On stage she is overwelmingly captivating, everyone is looking at her even through the music is amazing and unique. They are drawn to her by her confidence, persona and the wide range of emotions she can express. She can express the deepest darkest evil to the sweetest cutest sympathy.

She is much much more than a pretty face*

Isn’t she a little too young and hot to be a CEO of a technology company?
