Moon Bloodgood Joins the Resistance in T4

Now isn’t this interesting? All throughout the week, and getting louder toward the weekend, I kept hearing rumors that T4 had been cancelled. Someone, on some site, with some “inside information”, kept saying it, and other sites kept repeating it, until — well, bullcrap. If T4 had been cancelled, why would the production announce that actress Moon Bloodgood (NBC’s Journeyman, pictured left) has been cast in the film as the female lead? Yet once again you have to take what you hear on the Internet with a grain of salt.

Reuters has more:

Bloodgood will play a no-nonsense and battle-hardened member of the resistance who is carrying a lot of guilt over surviving the nuclear holocaust.

Bloodgood joins a testosterone-heavy cast that includes Christian Bale, Sam Worthington and Anton Yelchin.

Principal photography on T4, the first of an expected trilogy is set to begin May 5, 2008.

Hells yeah, that’s what I’m talking about! She’s a resistance fighter? Bummer I would prefer her to be the Cameron Model Terminator in the future. I wonder if they are going to incorporate the Cameron in the movie? Hope so.

ah, won’t say that she should replace Summer Glau, because I’d say she does her job pretty damn good :)
