I already saw the pilot. It was not as good as I expected but not bad either. The Terminator seems rather clumsy for a killing robot from the future. The storyline is interesting and gives kind of a new beginning to the franchise.
Sarah Conner makes pancakes (”One hour, I’ll get the gun, I’ll make pancakes”)!!
The female terminator is kind of cute.
AT first I worried that this would be a rehash of the same material.
I see hints of possiblities.
Let’s hope they spend more time on detail, than mindless shoot em up’s, and endless escape scenarios.
It does look like it will be cool
BTW, the female Terminator is Summer Glau, and she is stunning
The female Terminator is the main reason I’m watching this show, and watched the movies in preparation of this show. With Summer Glau (Firefly) working as the Terminator with feelings, then this Terminator series will have drama with the action.
The show so far has been really good. Better than I had first hoped. It does a decent job of following in the trilogy’s footsteps. But the one main reason I’m watching the show is for Summer Glau. Very attractive and pulls the show together.
Looking back at this post, now that we’re three episodes in, it’s great to see this positive attitude for the show.
I also LOVE the current pace of the series. It’s never had a point I say “boy, I wish this would follow through faster than it is” and that is TRULY are rare thing. Even “24″ which we’ve reviewed 2.5 years of, had some significant “why won’t this hurry up?” time.
It’s a great show with many possibilities as Emandj refers to above. Very well said.
As most have said… this show is much better than I anticipated. Although it has it’s quirky moments for the most part it is well thought out and well acted. I enjoy seeing the ethical dilemas faced by Sara and most quickly resolved by the “good” terminator. I’m looking forward to more episodes.
show has just aired in the uk, i dont think its any good at all ,its just they messed up t3 and are trying to make amends. its like every us tv show loses itself in places (heroes did the same) hopeit picks up pace in the 2nd season
weak ,only holds itself together with yet more eyecandy to hide the shakey story and ridiculous sub plot
I saw the entire seasons and let me tell you boys and girls: IT’S AWESOME!!! I never thought’ even in comic’s a story so close to the Terminator Cameron & Hurd’s idea.
Could be freakin’ but the story about machines and the end of the world could be in a future, become real.
P.S. To all the TSCC cast and crew greetings from a older Terminator Fan from Chile, the end of the world!
