T-600 Infiltrator – Plastic skin, regular alloy combat chassis, not fast not smart, easy to spot

T-800 Terminator – Hair, blood, skin, bad breath, sweat all grown from the Terminator, hyper-alloy combat chassis, smart enough to emulate a Human for a short time, spotted by dogs

T-888 Terminator – An upgrade from the T-800; from what I can tell, something of a pre-cursor to the T-X -not the T-1000- with a stronger chassis, still, but not the poly-mimetic ’skin’

T-1000 – An absolutely different direction than a tank. An elegant poly-mimetic nano-technological destro-expert, does not need to emulate a Human being except in shape and sound, only two that we know of.

T-X – A hyper-alloy combat chassis with poly-mimetic ’skin’, very much like the T-1000, but stronger, faster, more resilient, the deadliest killer yet

Terminator 4 – Helena Bonham Carter’s character Serena, a bio-mimetic Terminator, grown very specifically to emulate human beings for the sake of infiltration and destruction. Weaker than a T-600, but so Human-like that she doesn’t need to be very strong. I wonder what they’ll call it -it’s designator- and how will she be used in the story. I wonder if this is what we see when that Doctor pops Marcus open in the latest T4 trailer?

Am I the only one who thinks her skeleton is made of metal? Perhaps the same alloy as Marcus?

I personally believe that the T-1000 was more effective in T2 than the T-X in T3 , or perhaps just more effective in general seeing as the T-1000 cannot be permanently damaged unless terminated by extreme means , notably by being pushed into hot molten steel . Not even liquid nitrogen destroyed it which would have destroyed the T-X ( what other means would destroy a T-1000 ? a nuclear fuel cell perhaps which was the termination of the T-X ? ). The T-X has a metal core chassis within the semi mimetic properties which it did exert through out T3 which would have been destroyed by means of extreme cryo temperature , unlike the T-1000 which with the right heat temperature can re-mold itself after being pushed into a cryo status like state . I’m still in favor of the T-1000 as the ultimate skynet terminator as opposed to the T-X which has always been a contentious issue seeing as these machines do not actually exist .
