Summer Glau in Vanity Fair

We still don’t know what’s up with the second season renewal for The Sarah Connor Chronicles (everyone is saying it’s a Go; everyone, that is, except FOX, who are still being stubborn about making an official announcement), but in the meantime, Summer Glau showed up in Vanity Fair magazine with a bombshell picture as part of their “retro bombshell” portfolio. And did you know that Summer Glau is actually 26 years old? (I would have thought she was in her early 20s, but definitely not mid-20s.) Anyways, the pic below.
A classically trained ballerina, Glau spent her early days in L.A. as a traveling dancer, living off paychecks from corporate events, weddings, and resort gigs. But it worked out in the end. “Sure enough,” she says, “my first role was as a ballerina trapped in the 1700s,” in the tween drama Angel.
Despite growing up a Cowboys fan, Glau attended the Super Bowl, in which the Giants overcame the undefeated Patriots. “It was such an exciting game,” she says. “I was actually rooting for New York, because, you know, perfection … it’s not as much fun anymore.”

YES. SHE’S 26 yrs old but damn her boyfriend is 44 and the guy is hideous looking, talk about beauty and the beast. They said he can write, can’t be that good if all of his crap are cancel. Not into his work, just SCC only, so far you guys at FOX are kicking ass keep it up, I’m a critical and loyal fan.
Summer Glau has done an unbelievable job playing a robot. I can’t wait for Season 2.

Ok Locutus912, you obviously been reading an old dictionary, you need to look it up yourself. A cyborg is somewhat almost alive with living or organic tissues, it has to be alive some part or of some form. (eg. blood, skin, hair , brain, whatever. Cameron is a robot, she is made up of completely synthetic material, so therefore she is a robot. She even have a computer chip in her skull, endo-skeleton made of alloy and synthetic everything else. She’s a Terminator ROBOT, ROBOT, ROBOT, ROBOT, ROBOT, ROBOT, you learn the difference old man! If you can’t grasp the concept of a robot or a cyborg and can’t decipher between the two then you need to call Scottie to beam you up back where you belong.

She is a cyborg. She has living flesh. It may be created in a lab, since she comes form the future with advanced technology capable of growing organic tissues. You don’t expect them to get flesh for cyborgs by scraping it off humans.
First of all, there’s no need to act like a pubescent lonely boy. Nobody insulted you. Locutus was just concerned about Summer(Cameron).
Let’s just focus on something we all agree. She is gorgeous, and all it matters.
Y’all DO know what Cyborg actually means, don’t you? Cybernetic Organism. (That being an organism with cybernetic extensions) Summer’s character is not organic by nature (only her covering is) - Her body is mechanical by design, thus she is a robot with organic skin. The main point would be her ‘brain’, if she had one (Which is the definition of a sentient, or otherwise, being) - If she had one, then she could be a cyborg. As even that is electronic in it’s function, there’s no way she is a cyborg.

No offense, but do you really know what cyborg is? I’m not sure if wikipedia is the the place for definite answer for it. It’s is a fictional character created by sci-fi writers. It could be anything they want. I can’t see anywhere definition of cyborg relating to human brain. All i could find they are all very similar. It’s a mix of human flesh and mechanic. It’s not body taken straight from a person. It’s organic body. She has more of organics than just a skin. She actually has flesh underneath besides metal.
By your definition a person with prosthesis is already a cyborg. It’s a very scary notion to me.

Cyborg needs both organic and mechanical parts to function. Remove one or the other and the Cyborg fails. Terminators are Robots with living flesh grafted to the Endo-Skeleton
